Booking Terms & Conditions

COVID BOOKING GUARANTEE

We understand that in these times of uncertainty it is difficult to plan and make the normal decisions that we all once took for granted. We also understand that booking a holiday gives you an important emotional boost and something to look forward to.

That's why we would like to offer a coronavirus booking guarantee with every booking in 2022 (existing and new) that covers you against the impact of the coronavirus outbreak. 

What is our booking guarantee?

The booking guarantee means that you can book a holiday with us in 2022 with the promise that you will get your money back or be able to move your holiday if you need to, for any of the reasons that we have detailed below relating to the coronavirus outbreak.

* The holiday park is closed for coronavirus related reasons.
* The UK government implements mandatory restrictions on travel, relating to coronavirus.

1. A £50 deposit (£100 if booking is for school holidays) is payable at the time of booking.
2. The balance of your booking is due 6 weeks before your arrival date. Any balances not paid by this time will resolve in any deposits forfeited and the booking will be cancelled.
3. No pets are allowed anywhere in the holiday accommodation unless assigned to a pet friendly unit.
4. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the holiday accommodation.
5. The number of persons occupying the holiday accommodation shall not exceed the numbers of the party stated on the booking form.
6. The holidaymaker shall not sublet the holiday accommodation or any part thereof during their period of stay.
7. The holidaymaker is liable for the total hire charge unless written notice of the intention to cancel the booking is received prior to the commencement of the holiday.
8. Arrangements will be made by the owner or us for the handover of keys to The holidaymaker at the beginning of The Period of Hire and the collection of the keys on the departure date.
9. The holidaymaker shall leave the holiday accommodation in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday let. (extra cleaning fees may apply)
10. Any faults or breakages must be reported as soon as possible to the management. (Some breakages / losses will be chargeable)
11. The owner and their representatives retain the right to enter the holiday accommodation at any time.

12. Following Hoburne rules means that there will be no all male or female group bookings allowed



Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will make you liable to lose your booking or your right to stay in the property without refund.
